Strength in Weakness
He has said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Most gladly therefore I will rather glory in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest on me.

Paul asked God three times to take away something painful in his life. The answer was not the removal he hoped for, but a promise: grace would be enough, and divine power would show itself most clearly in weakness. That is honest about pain that does not go away. If you carry a weakness or a struggle that lingers, you are not failing. God’s strength can work right there, in the cracks.
Prayer
Lord, when I feel weak, let your grace be enough and your strength be seen in me.
