Online prayer requests
Ask for prayer on a calm, moderated prayer wall. Pilgrims from around the world read requests in their language and press “I prayed for you” — and you can pray for them too.
How it works
- Open the prayer wall from the book icon in One Candle.
- Write your request, pick a category such as health, family or work, and choose to show your name or not.
- Others pray and press “I prayed for you”. You see the count grow and get a quiet notification.
A look inside
Questions and answers
Is the prayer wall moderated?
Yes. Every request passes a filter in 7 languages before it appears, and reports go to real moderators. Spam, insults and debates are removed.
Can I post anonymously?
Yes. You can hide your name on any request. Moderators can still act on reports, so the wall stays safe.
What can I ask prayer for?
Anything that is on your heart: health, family, work, exams, grief, thanksgiving. Please do not share other people’s private details.
How do I know someone prayed?
Each request shows how many pilgrims pressed “I prayed for you”. You can get a quiet notification when it happens.
Can I delete my request later?
Yes, at any time. You can also export or delete your whole account from the settings.
Is it only for Catholics?
No. Catholic, Orthodox and Protestant Christians pray here side by side. We ask everyone to pray, not debate.
