Pray the Rosary online, together
Every evening pilgrims gather at the fountain to pray the Rosary together: the opening prayers, a decade and the Hail Holy Queen. The words appear for everyone at the same moment, so you can pray along even if you are new to it.
How it works
- Enter One Candle a few minutes before the Rosary. The prayer circle opens at the fountain.
- Walk into the circle. The leader’s lines and the responses appear on screen in your language.
- Pray along at your own pace, kneel if you like, and stay for a quiet moment afterwards.

Questions and answers
When is the live Rosary?
Every evening at 20:00 Rome time. This page shows the next one in your own time zone, and the schedule panel in the world shows all prayer times.
I have never prayed the Rosary. Can I join?
Yes. All words appear on screen line by line, and the prayer pages here explain each part: the Creed, the Our Father, the Hail Mary and the Glory Be.
Do I have to speak or use a microphone?
No. There is no voice chat. You pray silently or aloud at home while the words appear for everyone together.
How long does it take?
About ten minutes: the Creed, the Our Father, three Hail Marys and the Glory Be, then one decade with its mystery, and the Hail Holy Queen.
Can I pray in my own language?
Yes. Each pilgrim sees the prayer in their own language — English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian, German or Polish — at the same moment.
Are there other live prayers?
Yes: the Lord’s Prayer every hour, the Angelus at 6:00, 12:00 and 18:00, and Evening prayer in the Garden of Olives (Rome time).
