Made New
Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new.
2 Corinthians 5:17 (WEB)
Spring has a way of surprising us. Branches that looked dead for months suddenly bud with green. Paul says that anyone in Christ is a new creation, that the old has passed away. That does not erase our history, but it means our past does not have the last word about us. Each day is a chance to live as the new person God is shaping. Growth may be slow, but it is real.
Prayer
