Perfect Peace

The mind is like a camera lens. What we focus on grows sharp and large, while everything else blurs. Isaiah speaks of perfect peace for the one whose mind stays fixed on God in trust. Worries will still come into view. The practice is to gently turn the lens back, again and again, toward the One who is faithful. Peace is often found not in fewer problems, but in a steadier focus.
