Cast Your Burden

Some burdens we can name: a bill, a diagnosis, an argument that will not settle. Others are harder to explain, a heaviness that sits on the chest each morning. The invitation here is simple and echoed across Scripture: throw it onto God. Not neatly, not after we have sorted it out, but as it is. We may need to do it again tomorrow, and the day after. That is allowed. God does not tire of catching.
