So Loved

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only born Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life.

John 3:16 (WEB)

Perhaps the most famous verse in the Bible begins with love. Not anger, not rules, but love for the world. The whole world: every country and language, the people we like and the people we find difficult. That love was shown in the giving of a Son, so that we might have life that lasts. Whatever you believe about yourself right now, start here. You are part of the world God loves.
